President and Owner / Matt’s primary responsibilities today include the firm’s sales, marketing and relationship building with Financial Advisors, Investment Companies, Attorneys and Accountants, along with the many other hats small business owners wear.

Henry M. Stifler

Sales & Operations / Henry’s primary responsibilities are in-house accounting for the firm. Additionally, he works alongside Matt as a member of the sales and marketing team.

Christy Roloff, QKA, QKC

Senior Plan Manager / Christy’s responsibilities include plan administration, compliance and non-discrimination testing, governmental reporting and communications with Plan Trustees, Plan Sponsors, Auditors, Investment Professionals and Participants.

Heather Bartlein

Junior Plan Manager / Heather’s primary responsibilities include plan administration, compliance and non-discrimination testing, governmental reporting, and communications with Plan Sponsors, Auditors, and Investment Professionals. Additional duties include working with clients and plan participants regarding loans and distributions.

Heidi Hein, QKA, QPA, ERPA

V.P. of Document Compliance / Heidi’s responsibilities include working closely with the Plan Trustees, Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors, Investment Firm Professionals to prepare the plan documents and assist them with keeping the plan in compliance with laws and regulations of the IRS and DOL.

V.P. of Plan Administration / Heidi’s responsibilities include plan administration, compliance and non-discrimination testing, governmental reporting, and communications with Plan Trustees, Plan Sponsors, Auditors, Investment Professionals, and Participants

Kelly Schmid, QKA

V.P. of New Business / Kelly’s responsibilities include communications with Financial Advisors, Investment Professionals, preparing fee proposals, service agreements, ordering proposals from investment firm on behalf of the Financial Advisors and assisting Matt Stifler with his day to day schedule.
