Heidi Oldenburg joined Northwestern Wisconsin Associates, Inc. in 2019 as a V.P. of Plan Administration. Prior to NWA, she worked in the qualified retirement plan industry for the past 21 years, providing qualified retirement plan administrative services. She specializes in 401(k) plans, plan design and consulting, compliance and non-discrimination testing, governmental reporting and communications with plan Trustees, Plan Sponsors, Auditors, Investment Firm Professionals and Participants.
Heidi has two grown children. She and her husband enjoy camping and spending time with family and friends during her free time.
